Qualifying purchases made on this website will be fulfilled and posted by a Tracked Royal Mail Service, and you will recieve tracking information after making an order via the email you provided during checkout. Shipping will not be charged on orders over £50.00. In-store collection is available on all sales, which can be arranged after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • In store: Exchange or Credit Note can be requested within 14 days of the purchase. Excludes Preowned Items, Special Orders, Bespoke Creations, Earrings or any other body piercings.
  • Online: Exchange, Credit Note or refund can be requested by emailing info@joshuasjewellers.co.uk within 14 days of the purchase. Excludes Preowned Items, Special Orders, Bespoke Creations, Earrings or any other body piercings. Good must be returned within a further 14 days of report at customers own cost. A refund will then be processed within 14 days after item has been returned. 
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
  • Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Items must be unworn, unsized, in perfect condition, be returned with any point of sale in which it was sold with such as paperwork, box and any gift with purchase.
  • Please be aware that refunds for purchases made using 3rd party tender types e.g. insurance cards, may not be possible on the same day. If this is the case, we will advise you and keep you updated with progress.
  • Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned. You may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the store in which you ordered the goods from.
  • By Request Items: Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, goods made by request may not be returned. We do not keep stock of these items and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the Joshuas Store in which you ordered the item from.
  • Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the request for exchange, credit note or refund if the conditions are not met.
